Darryl Bud Walton Jr (BJ), was born at Faith Hospital, Cayman Brac on December 7th, 1987. He completed his primary education at Spot Bay Primary School and secondary education at Cayman Brac High School. During his years at the latter, he fell in love with the Watersports Option through the Vocational Programme. He used the opportunity to become certified and went on to gain employment at Divi Tiara Beach Resort climbing to the qualification of Dive Master. He has been a Dive Master since 2003 after he completed the course during High School and finished it at Dive Tiara. He worked at the Divi Tiara Beach Resort from 2003 - 2006 until its closure and was hired by Reef Divers where he remains. He not only dives, he also repairs dive moorings and dive boats, assists with Lionfish Culls and various community events, etc. He is certified by PADI and has passed several dive courses when offered through his work. He has been honoured twice during the Heroes Day celebrations. His greatest asset is his personality. He is asked for all the time by repeat guests to be on their boat. He just loves people and will go out of his way to help them. He even has taken visitors on Island Tours to show off Cayman Brac. He is a true ambassador for the Cayman Islands and the Dive Industry.
