The Cayman Islands Department of Tourism hosted its first Homeshare Summit on September 4th, 2019 at the Margaritaville Beach Resort. The training provided licensed homeshare hosts a full-day of training with various presentations and panel discussions on key topics such as optimization of listing and enhancing guest experience; including a special presentation by Airbnb. The event also featured a tradeshow which allowed homeshare host to connect with small businesses who offer unique solutions to managing a homeshare property and provided a variety of local artisans to help with adding extra touches of Caymankindness.
