Casa Caribe Boutique Condos situated in the heart of Seven Mile Beach (voted by Traveller’s Choice as one of the top 25 beaches in the World). This Grand Cayman boutique property is a low density 3-story condominium complex, consists of twenty-four spacious three-bedroom, fully furnished condos. Each condo has been designed to overlook the white sandy beach and crystal-clear blue waters. We have 16 units that are available to rent on a monthly, weekly or nightly basis. Each unit boasts magnificent ocean views and has a screened in patio, where guests can relax and enjoy the cool ocean breeze and sound of the waves gently lapping on the shore. All of our condominiums are individually and uniquely furnished to the highest standards with fully equipped kitchens, 3 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms, laundry facilities, cable TV and free Wi-Fi services (available throughout the complex). There is a centrally located swimming pool on the property set amongst the tropical landscaping together with a relaxing hot tub where you can unwind after a strenuous workout in our on-site gym or invigorating game of tennis on the courts located at the front of the property. Casa Caribe staff, are proud to offer an exceptionally warm, friendly and personal service. From the General Manager Tara Ebanks, through our reservations, housekeeping, maintenance and laundry staff, who are all standing by to help you make the most of your vacation experience. We offer full concierge services to all of our guests and can even arrange for your fridge to be pre-stocked with all your favorite foods, before your arrival. Let us book you a rental car, arrange for your favorite newspaper to be delivered to your door, organize reliable and trusted baby-sitting services, make dinner and excursion reservations.       December 15 – January 3: minimum 120 days’ notice
      January 4 – April 30: minimum 60 days’ notice
      May 1 – October 31: minimum 30 days’ notice
      November 1 – December 14: minimum 60 days’ notice
      CANCELLATION AND CHANGES:
      Reservations, cancellations or changes are accepted if received prior to the cancellation periods detailed above.
      If the rental is cancelled outside of the applicable cancellation periods, the renter will be charged the full deposit amount.
      If the rental is cancelled within the applicable cancellation period, the renter will be charged 4% of the rental amount.
      Reservations made with advance deposits that need to be moved from original dates booked must be used within a year after change or deposit will be forfeited.
