Lionfish may be beautiful to look at while diving, but they are also a threat to the ecosystem of the Cayman Islands and its reefs. Join Ambassador Divers and Chef José Andrés for a two-tank culling experience with an after-dive lunch included. You will also join Chef Thomas Tennant, Chef de Cuisine of Fi'lia in the SLS in Nassau, Bahamas who is an experienced lionfish hunter, and professional diver Jason Washington, who was recently recognized in the International Scuba Diving Hall of Fame for his contributions to the diving industry. Mr. Washington is also the founder of the Cayman United Lionfish League, known as CULL, an organization that supports the removal of thousands of lionfish from Cayman waters each year.
