Sponsorships

This form is used by the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism (CIDOT) Sponsorship Committee to evaluate your request. Decisions are based on the information you provide, so please ensure that the form is completed in its entirety. It is essential that you include all relevant details on how your event/concept would drive the Department's Core Objectives.

As guidance prior to submission, please be advised that the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism typically evaluates requests for cash sponsorships at CI$10,000 or lower. Any requests over CI$10,000 will need to be assessed case by case.

Please note that previous support does not guarantee continued sponsorship.

All opportunities are evaluated on an individual basis, and the committee's decision is FINAL.

It is now a requirement for the Government to receive the status of entities requesting Government funds via sponsorships. In order to receive funds, you must provide either your current NPO documentation or Trade & Business License information. Failure to provide either of these is an automatic decline of sponsorship, and no entity is exempt.

Please note that the below time frames for your sponsorships to be submitted.
