CULINARY Experiences APPROVED BY KIDS OF ALL AGES

Summer vacation is the time to reconnect and relax with family, to recreate favourite childhood memories and to make new ones together. Only in Cayman do kid-friendly adventures pair nicely with the more refined luxe touches parents seek in a destination getaway.
 
This summer consider the Cayman Islands the Kid’s Culinary Capital of Caribbean as the islands welcome your kids to explore and get hands on with DIY cooking classes, discover interactive farm-to-table culinary tours, enjoy kid-friendly cuisine at five-star dining restaurants, and so much more. BON VIVANT COOKING CLASSES

Kids Culinary Class will be held each Tuesday, starting on 5 June, ending on 31 July.
Time: 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Location: Bon Vivant, Camana Bay

  • Classes can accommodate between 10 and 14 children
  • Cost is 35$ CI per class
  • Includes lunch, takeaways, recipe cards, tour of a Camana Bay restaurant kitchen
  • Local ingredients will be used and recipes will be geared towards healthier options
  • Participants will receive a themed swag bag




THE BRASSERIE CULINARY TOURS

The Chef de Cuisine and Head Gardener will offer tours with the children around the organic vegetable garden, show them the fresh catch when it comes in from the boats and collect eggs from the on-site chooks.

Additionally, Brasserie will create healthy and creative recipes for kids and develop activities using our fresh produce.

Please note that the Restaurant is closed for the month of August and they will be unable to offer activities and tours during this month.



THE RITZ-CARLTON’S AMBASSADORS IN THE KITCHEN

Through an interactive program at Ambassadors of the Environment, the youngest guests at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman can experience a day behind the scenes as a culinary master. They will begin by making their own chef’s hat and apron before visiting the kitchen at Andiamo for a unique learning experience and epicurean adventure. Our young Ambassadors will also visit our very own organic garden to source ingredients to prepare and cook their way to some exquisite local delicacies.

 

Weekly for children ages 4-9. Only open to guests at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman
