The Visiting Journalists Programme, managed by the Department of Tourism’s Public Relations Unit, invites international journalists from high-end publications to the Cayman Islands to experience the tourism product first-hand and share those experiences with their audiences. Through this programme, the Cayman Islands has gained increased brand exposure as a premier, luxury Caribbean destination and achieved coverage in target markets. The Department of Tourism has also had the opportunity to get valuable feedback on our tourism product from journalists with years of experience in the tourism and lifestyle industry.
