The Cayman Islands Department of Tourism (CIDOT), The Ministry of Tourism and Transport (MT&T), Workforce Opportunities & Residency Cayman (WORC), in collaboration with the Cayman Islands Tourism Association (CITA) and the Chamber of Commerce, held a Tourism Job Fair at the Grand Cayman Marriott. Open to all Caymanians, Permanent Residents, and persons with RERC (Residency and Employment Rights Certificate) status who are interested in working in the tourism industry. The daylong event facilitated connecting current job seekers with potential employers and training providers including the Department of Tourism, WORC, Chamber of Commerce, UCCI and Connect by Nova. Participants in the Job Fair had pre-registered and were linked to employers for interviews in their chosen field in the tourism sector.
