This 4 bedroom single story 2000 square ft. ranch style house is situated just 40 feet from the water’s edge on a secluded reef protected sand beach. This rare getaway is all about relaxation, tranquility and the ultimate in privacy, yet water adventures are footsteps away. The home is located on the north shore of Little Cayman in the center of Mary's Bay less than 1/2 mile west of Mary's Cut. Our reef is only a 100 yard swim from our beach. You can also snorkel and fish right from the beach. You can enjoy miles of private walks on isolated sand beaches stretching west.
