This large, one story family villa offers excellent snorkeling directly behind the oceanfront pool along with a sandy, palm-shaded beach that is perfect for long walks or lazy afternoons with your toes in the sand. A wrap-around ( larger in 2015) checkerboard deck with new cabana surrounds the freshwater pool, leading to an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand after a long day of sun and surf. Coconut Beach is flooded by Caribbean sunshine by a multitude of oceanfront windows, providing sparkling views from the main living area. This “great room” has an airy, open floor plan and includes the dining table, TV area, kitchen and bar seating. A separate children's table offers kid-sized chairs for our smaller guests. Sitting on a large, private lot, Coconut Beach is a perfect private getaway. With lush landscaping and a new, larger cabana on the oceanfront, guests will feel they’ve been whisked away to their own hidden garden by the seaside. A hammock and swing offer the chance to kick back, relax, and read a good book or just enjoy the sparkling ocean views.
