Cancellation Policy Descriptio: If a reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, the renter will be charged a $150 administration fee.
If a reservation is cancelled within 60 days of arrival, the full total will be charged as a penalty.
A full refund is available if a hurricane (as defined by the U.S. National Weather Service) is predicted during your stay. - Deposit Policy
