The unit is approximately 1700 sq ft, with 2 beds and 2 1/2 baths,fully equipped kitchen. This condo is on the ground floor with a 40 foot covered, screened porch adjoining the living room and master bedroom. Favorite features of our guests include the refreshing pool, the beautiful sandy beach, the gorgeous ocean vistas, and our quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile Beach.
Outside of Retreat 25 a soft, white sand beach awaits! This beach is the only large, open water beach on the north shore that is all sand.
Enjoy stunning sunsets, morning beach walks, snorkel and swim right outside the condo. Play some tennis or work out in the gym or relax in the beautiful pool. Walk next door and enjoy fire evening dining at Rum point Restaurant or lunches and drinks at the Wreck Bar & Grill. Also next door is Red Sail Sports center provide complete Water sports activities and water toys rentals.
