The Outpost Bar and Grill is a full service bar and restaurant located on the grounds of the historic Pedro St. James site in Savannah. The Outpost offers a full schedule of daily rum tastings, a full lunch menu and bar service. On Fridays, The Outpost becomes one of Grand Cayman's top happy hour venues. Local rum and a menu of locally inspired dishes designed by Chef Thomas Tennant are available while sitting on the manicured lawns perched on the iron shore cliff overlooking a consistently spectacular sunset. The Outpost is also the on site food and beverage provider for the many weddings, concerts and events held on the surrounding lawns.
