Important Update

Effective Thursday, 30 June 2022: 

  • Pre arrival COVID-19 testing is no longer required to enter the Cayman Islands.
  • Mandatory mask wearing requirements in the Cayman Islands has been removed.


Welcome Back

The below travellers are able to travel to the Cayman Islands:

  • All fully vaccinated visitors/travellers
  • Children age 11 and younger will take the vaccination status of their parents, allowing fully vaccinated visitors to travel with children age 11 and younger.
  • Unvaccinated visitors (age 12 and over) who have close ties to the Cayman Islands
  • Unvaccinated Caymanian, Residents and Work Permit Holders
  • Visiting unaccompanied children under the age of 12 years, even if unvaccinated, will not be required to quarantine under certain conditions.

Travel Requirements

(Before and During Travel)
To ensure the health and safety of all persons travelling to the Cayman Islands, all travellers must:
  1. Apply to the Travel Cayman portal for an official Certificate to Travel by requesting a Travel Declaration.
  2. Be fully vaccinated by a WHO approved vaccine
  3. Have suitable Medical and Travel Insurance, which you should ensure that COVID-19 is not an exclusion to the existing policies.
