The Human Resources Unit within the Department of Tourism is dedicated to attracting, retaining and developing the highest calibre team of professionals with the competencies and personal characteristics necessary to achieve the CIDOT’s mission. The Cayman Islands Department of Tourism is primarily responsible for attracting international visitors and promoting the Cayman Islands as a premier Caribbean tourist destination. Our department is comprised of over 70 talented individuals, the majority based in the Grand Cayman Head Office and others working in regional offices located in the United States, Canada and London.
