The Cayman Islands Government offers a cash rebate to eligible productions, calculated as a percentage of qualifying production expenditure incurred in the Cayman Islands.

The rebate rate goes from 15 - 35%, depending on the type of production and whether it is eligible for certain uplifts. A rebate is normally payable within 90 days of a rebate claim being successfully processed. An interim certificate of approval is available to productions for financing purposes.
