The property hosts two separate and distinct suites to choose from depending on your needs and preference. The larger suite is approximately three hundred and sixty (360) square feet (33.5 square meters) consisting of a fully furnished one bedroom unit that can accommodate three. The stylish living/dining room is fashioned with sleek and modern furnishings, recessed lighting, chandelier, Kosta Boda accessories. The modern kitchen is equipped with state of the art cabinets, quartz countertops, Delta touch technology faucet, garbage disposal and more. The chic and stylish bedroom is outfitted with a queen size bed, nightstands, chandeliers and full-length mirror. The luxurious bathroom has floor to ceiling porcelain and Carrera tiles, walk-in shower, modern Delta faucets, and full-length mirror and wall sconces. The second suite is expected to be on the market during the latter part of the year. Its stylistic layout is modeled like that of a studio with a kitchenette, private bath and a smaller footprint. The large patio is accessible right from your front door, embellished by pergolas, outdoor kitchen and large bar with granite counter-tops, just steps from the North Sound and canal.
