Located on the Heart of Seven Mile Beach, WaterWorks is on a unique little road with direct beach access only a few feet away from the property; taking you directly to one of the best stretches of Seven Mile Beach. An elevator takes you from the Lobby of the building directly into the apartment, where you are greeted by a modern and open layout. The apartment is fully equipped, with every closet and drawer serving you-since the unit is not owner occupied at any time. Camana Bay town centre, Foster's Food Fair (supermarket) and many famous restaurants are within walking distance. Enjoy revitalizing days just footsteps away from the Beach, where there are stunning sunsets and fantastic snorkeling spots. You can enjoy the beach, located directly in front of our 20 foot access, using the beach lounges we provide. We do not have a pool, however, just a two minute walk down the beach to the right will lead you to Hemingway’s, which offers beach chairs, lounges, private gazebos, two swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, and a beach bar. Here they will greet you with a sign "Everyone is welcome" and you can start enjoying their famous Asian infused cuisine and their fantastic drinks on the bar or restaurant. The WaterWorks unit has one parking space assigned. For the first time, this apartment is available for short term rental, while it was previously long term rented to professionals living and working on the island. The apartment is located on the second floor which gives you privacy and security. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and an in-suite bathroom. The second Bedroom has a queen size bed, and also an in-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, and uses a third bathroom which is also served for guests.
