Named for the silvery reef fish so plentiful offshore, Bar Jack is Cayman's best sunset vantage point, poised right at the widest stretch of Seven Mile Beach. During the day and into the evening, dine on Caribbean favorites from the Chef’s grill, then watch the sunset with a well deserved cocktail. Open Daily: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
