S'Kai Fall is the name given this roomy 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa located on Bio Bay in Cayman Kai. Built on a double-sized lot in the southeast corner of the protected Cayman Kai cove, S'Kai Fall and its signature pool and large oceanfront deck all face westward for maximum cocktail hour enjoyment with sunset views. Two oceanfront king master suites on the second floor each open to a large, oceanfront screened veranda with teak furniture. The first-floor bedroom offers 2 twin beds, with a single trundle bed, enabling the room to sleep 3 guests. A new freshwater pool was built within an 1,800 sq. ft. railed deck with steps to the sandy beachfront and private dock. The Cayman Kai cove is home to the famous bioluminescent kayak tours on moonless nights. 4 kayaks come included with the villa so that guests may do their own bio tour on any night. The cove is shallow with a soft bottom, so recreational swimming and snorkeling are best enjoyed just a 5 minute walk away at the Rum Point Club. Famous Starfish Point is also only a 10 minute walk south and near the Kaibo restaurant and beach bar, coffee shop and marina.
