Tiki House

Tiki House has been a Licensed Guest House rental for a number of years and has been very well received by our guests. We have AIRBNB Super host status, as well as similar accolades on the other rental platforms. Our guest reviews are almost universally complimentary. The home is well suited for Global Concierge participants. First: Location 44 North West Point Rd is situated diagonally across the street from the West Bay Public Beach, and thus offer proximity to shopping, the beach, and the commercial offices, but has a neighborhood feel. Second: Privacy As a detached residence, set behind a coral wall, there is room for little ones to play safely, and not feel cramped or crowded. Third: Layout The floor plan is well suited for remote work. We have a detached studio a few steps across the garden from the main house that could be used as an office, with plenty of room to work away from the bustle of the family. The main house likewise offers separation, functionality and privacy. The main floor features an oversized kitchen with bar, and laundry with full sized washer and drier. The great room is spacious and serves as a wonderful place for the family to get together. This floor also has two bedrooms and full bath. The second floor offers two bedrooms, a full bath and a sitting room. Fourth: Tech We have the best high-speed internet that Flow offers, as well as Vonage phone service providing toll free phone calls to and from Canada and the US, as well as flat screen TVs in the great room and in the detached studio.
